This is a letter of commendations for the realtor services of Ron Hill of Re/Max Twin City of Kitchener. Ron had been recommended to us by a ‘realtor relative’ who works in another Ontario city and who had had some dealings with Ron over the years. Fortunately, we accepted that recommendation. Ron provided superlative services!! Recently, my wife and I required the services of a local real estate agent in KW. Since we were coming from quite a distance (Goderich, Ontario) and had no prior connections to the area, we connected with Ron Hill simply because he was the listing agent with one of the houses we were interested in. Ron immediately responded to our inquiry call, and when he found out we were not represented by an agent offered to help us find the perfect home. What we appreciated so much about Ron was his ability to listen to what we wanted, and then find us houses within our price range that had the elements we told him we were looking for. We knew he had listened to us, and went about finding what we wanted!  It became apparent to us that Ron knew about construction methods and materials, the reputation of builders, and the character of certain neighbourhoods.
