This is a letter of commendations for the realtor services of Ron Hill of Re/Max Twin City of Kitchener. Ron had been recommended to us by a ‘realtor relative’ who works in another Ontario city and who had had some dealings with Ron over the years. Fortunately, we accepted that recommendation. Ron provided superlative services!! He adjusted so easily to the different personalities of wife and husband; he listened carefully to our criteria for what we were seeking; he responded promptly with suggestions of sites that we might consider; he patiently accepted major changes in our criteria as we examined properties; he enabled us to locate a ‘home of our dreams’ in exactly 14 days and led us through the preparation of a very fair Offer to Purchase that was immediately accepted. In addition to his pleasant personality, sense of humour and the attributes mentioned above, we will always recall the following about Ron: with ‘closed eyes’, we naively visited with him a property that appealed to us immensely on MLS – a great location and a design that we were seeking; left to ourselves, we may have very well submitted an offer (and regretted that decision later) had Ron not patiently pointed out a variety of shortcomings that we were overlooking; here was a realtor telling his clients NOT to buy. As a result of that learning experience, we examined subsequent properties with clear vision and located a home that, to date, met exactly what we were seeking. Thanks Ron.
