Recently, my wife and I required the services of a local real estate agent in KW. Since we were coming from quite a distance (Goderich, Ontario) and had no prior connections to the area, we connected with Ron Hill simply because he was the listing agent with one of the houses we were interested in. Ron immediately responded to our inquiry call, and when he found out we were not represented by an agent offered to help us find the perfect home. What we appreciated so much about Ron was his ability to listen to what we wanted, and then find us houses within our price range that had the elements we told him we were looking for. We knew he had listened to us, and went about finding what we wanted!  It became apparent to us that Ron knew about construction methods and materials, the reputation of builders, and the character of certain neighbourhoods. We felt very confident in Ron’s evaluation of a home and became convinced that he truly wanted to find the right home for us and not just sell us a house!  We found Ron to be very accommodating to our difficult schedule, as we would have only certain times and days when we could make the trip in to town. With just little notice, Ron would have 4 or 5 houses lined up for us to look at in our limited price range and within our specifications.  We have had a very positive experience buying a home in the K-W area and we owe that success to Ron Hill. We would recommend Ron without hesitation to any friend or family member looking for a home in this area.
