Thank you Ron, Anna, and the rest of the Team for the services you have done for us. Your attention to detail and advice was timely and greatly appreciated, and you all exhibit a great mix of warmth and professionalism. Both of the properties that you have sold for our family represented challenges. While we truly loved our previous home, we realized that some of its unique qualities would require us to find the right buyer. We are more than happy with the results and I am sure the new owners are as well (which is important to us). Since we loved our previous house so much, we knew we were going to be picky looking for our new place. Ron, you were more than patient with us and really helped us focus on what we wanted. Looking back, there were a few times in the house hunting process where my wife and I were starting to talk ourselves into ‘settling’ for a property that really was not what we were looking for. Instead of ‘rushing the sale’ you pointed out problems and reminded us of what we had stated we were looking for. When we did find our dream home, you cautioned us not to go crazy on the bidding process. Not only did you help us find an amazing house, you likely saved us money in the process!! The help you guys did helping us resolve conflicting closing dates was also greatly appreciated. While we are glad that we have found our new place and getting on with our lives, Ron we will miss house hunting with you!  Thanks again…
